Jennifer “T Bird” Gabriel has been a successful Realtor in Atlanta, Georgia for over two years, but has spent a lot of time in the Charleston area visiting her sister, Carrie. She has always dreamed that one day she would move to Folly Beach and sell beach houses. When her sister Carrie and her fiancé John opened up Sweet Grass Real Estate on Folly Beach, it felt like her dreams were closer than ever. T Bird officially made the move to Folly Beach in April 2022 and immediately joined the Sweet Grass Real Estate team.

T Bird spent a decade of her life touring full time with the multi-platinum GRAMMY Award-winning artist Zac Brown Band where she was responsible for the design of a new kind of fan club, one that was led by an actual face to the fans and not a corporation. Her decade as Fan Club Director helped grow her passion for building loving communities centered around friendship and great music.
