There are some people in the world that just have found where they need to be. Carrie Rosen is one. She combines knowledge, enthusiasm, caring of both seller and buyer in a realtor that just loves what she does.I’ve known her for several years now and have seen her grow and develop to one of Folly Beach and James island SC top realtors. She is a wonderful marketer on homes she list and equally wonderful in being patient when you can’t make up your mind on buying (we know this from experience) plus she is just so easy and fun and down to earth that doing these large dollar transactions seem like nothing. Highly recommend.

Carrie was a great agent. She walked us thru every step of the process. She was able to get an offer on our house, above asking price in only 2 days. Carrie's knowledge of how to advertise your home and listing on social media was very impressive. But most of all Carrie was extremely responsive to all requests, questions and concerns. I highly recommend if you are looking for an agent that cares, is responsive, professional, very knowledgeable and easy to get along with pick Carrie.

Carrie was recommended to us, and we couldn’t be happier to have worked with her. She jumped through HOOPS to accommodate our stark availability as we searched for a Folly place from our home 3 hours away. She got us appointments at times we could make, and even helped us find a last minute place to stay on Folly so we could look at addition properties! What realtor goes to that length? Carrie is very knowledgeable about the Folly area and is dedicated and passionate. My husband and I highly recommend her!

Carrie helped me to buy my house on Folly Beach while I was living in Hawaii~ She was always available to find out answers to any questions I had and became a good friend in the process! She is responsive & concerned with every part of the process. She also went above and beyond by recommending and working with a painter on Folly and accepting packages for me before I got to the mainland....often after regular business hours! She is a fun and knowledgeable person to work with when you are buying your house!

Working with Carrie on my last Folly Beach deal was an absolute pleasure. Not only is she delightful to communicate with and become a great friend, but Carrie is extremely tapped into the local markets- specifically James Island and Folly Beach. Just follow her social media to see the incredible properties she 'discovers.' For a first time homebuyer or investor, her knowledge of the area and the intricate nuances of a fairly complicated housing market is invaluable. Time was not an option in our recent home search. We began our home selling and buying journey for the first time in 28 years after my husband accepted a promotion and transfer from New Hampshire to Georgia. We had a short amount of time, 8 weeks, to sell our home in New Hampshire as well as find a home and move to Georgia. We began the process in Jan 2021 in a seller's market during a pandemic. We had a very rough idea of the area we wanted to search but really didn’t have the luxury of time to visit and do extensive research. We contacted Jennifer and explained our situation. She asked all the right questions, was positive in her ability and ensured us that we could find the right home and get this move completed.
She immediately began the search for our new home. Any homes we were interested in, Jennifer would schedule a showing and do a virtual walk through for us. Because we were searching from 1200 miles away, we relied heavily on her opinion of the location, home and neighborhood. After we made an offer on a home that wasn’t accepted, she kept our spirits up with her positive attitude. She took our calls day and night. She continued to do virtual tours for us even when her back was out and she had to have a friend drive her around. She stayed positive throughout our search and told us we would know when the house was right. After only a couple weeks of searching she found us the perfect house. From there her negotiating skills were put to the test. The seller wanted a cash offer but without selling our home in New Hampshire first this wasn’t an option. Jennifer came up with an attractive option for us as well as the seller that secured us our new home in a fantastic neighborhood for a great price.
Whether you are buying or selling a home, Jennifer will work tirelessly for you! She listens to your needs and works with you throughout the whole process. She totally understands and loves her job.
